Why is my christmas cake so dry? and is there anyway i can make it moist again?
Admittedly i didnt add as much brandy as the recipie said,....but thats cos im pregnant, dont like brandy anyways and didnt want to make it too strong...i did leave it in the oven for nearly 4 hours (what the recipie said)....it just seems a little dry!! and hard...did i leave it in the oven too long? and is there anyway i can make it moist again (ive heard 'feeding' it with brandy is what your supposed to do but i dont really want to do this?) took me ages to make and dont want to waste it..any ideas PLEASE????
