Is the DIA and BC really matter when ordering contacts?

I want to order contacts on line but every website I go to has the wrong DIA and BC than my prescription and to change the DIA and BC I have to get custom contacts and they are much, much more expensive. On the website, it has the DIA as 14.2 and the BC as 8.6. The numbers on my contact box has the DIA as 14.5 and the BC as 8.7. Is this a significant difference or do you think I can just order them and it won't matter much? Please, let me know I need contacts ASAP and I'm hoping that I can save a lot of money and get the cheaper ones. Thank you!!!!
