Blackberry Tour emergency!! need help?

Hello< i recently drop my black berry tour into water and it got fully submerged for about 10 secs, after this happened i yank the battery out and started to dry it up with a hair dryer on cool i took the whole phone apart drying every little piece, after i put everything back together the phone will turn on and is working great but when i turns on it says that the usb hub i have my phone charging in is not powerful enough to charge it but its not even plug into anything and now when i try to charge it it doesnt charge, can anyone help me diagnose this problem??????
