Pains in the muscles of cramp?

I underwent laminectomy operation during 1997 for right leg sciatica. Presently there is muscular weakness in the right leg and I cannot fold it easily nor I can lift mycalf muscle from lying position. Presently my left lege is also experiencing cramping pains and I cannot walk with ease. I am aged 60..Can any body suggest any medicine-Allopathic, Homeopathic Naturopathic or any other kind of treatment that can alleviate my problem.
