Need help finding parts for my 2003 jetta gls?

HELLO. i have a 2003 jetta gls 1.8t. i was wondering if i could put the body kit from a 2004 jetta gli on my jetta. i also like the rims that were on the 04 gli (the BBS RC's). so can someone help me find a place where i can buy the rims(possibly some that come with tires) and that body kit.
