Wicca......?

is Wicca satanic? My friends mom is a Christian lady but she thinks she knows everything, she is like Wicca is nothing but good...it's all about helping people, blah blah. Well I hear it is really bad, and it sounds like she is spouting off about stuff she knows nothing about. I was just wondering if it is satanic, and I need some details on it. I am NOT trying to get into the stuff.
