Is my desktop temperatures appropriate or can I improve?

I'm not hungry for cake but thanks. I would have to say that if you are considering it, get the fans. A cooler pc lasts longer, besides you can buy cases that reach 0 degrees F. So why wouldn't you want to cool it more. I would buy ram coolers, bay coolers, an upgraded gpu fan and heat sink. and any place I could put a fan, I would.
