Could I Be Charged With Kidnapping My Daughter If I Abduct Her To Save Her Life?

My 19 year old daughter has been living with a 29 year old man for the past 1&1/2 years. He has brain washed her against her family and does not allow her to talk to us via phone (rarely) is totally,threatened by her once close family relationships and he is extremely jealous and controlling to the point now where i feel that eventually he will kill her if this does not stop.I want me and her father and her sisters to go snatch her up and take her home at least long enough so she can get a break from the extreme stress this behavior he has causes her. She has been losing her hair, she looks sick and sounds like she is on the verge of a break down,. She says she is happy and in love but i know and can see that he is toxic for her.All of her family agrees with me , I fear for her life. It is not a feud with her boyfriend and it isn't that we 'just don't like him' We feel he is deadly for her . All we want is for her to be happy, treated well, and be able to communicate with her family . But he has her convinced she has to prove some thing to him concerning fidelity and loyalty. He is afraid that she will talk to another man while visiting with us and convinces her that it is best for them if she stays away from us,or anyone else for that matter. I am so afraid for her. I have seen her health decline from this controlling jealous sob for the past year and I cant sit back a just watch and hope for the best any more. Please . Any one ideas? Legalities of absconding with an adult that may be reluctant to come with mom and dad cause we see she is not being taken care of but rather being psychologically punished and her will being broken down. How far can this go on??? I need help for her.
