Cute winter boots help!?

Here's the deal, I live in MN, as of right now, it is snowy and icky outside, I'm getting really tired of trotting around in my converse and getting all wet, do you have a website that has some cute boots that can be used in winter, NO UGGS or anything like uggs. I don't have the moneyto buy an expensive pair. ANy ideas?
