Do you think that the President is overstepping his authority?

I understand from the Constitution that the President is supposed to veto or approve bills made by Congress, not tell Congress or anybody else in the Country WHAT TO DO. He is supposed to protect us from FOREIGN POWERS, not to tell BP not to send money to those affected by the oil disaster. I think that the president isn't supposed to act like he is a KING, going around telling everybody what to do, and twisting Congress' arm toward voting for his bills. He isn't even supposed to be writing bills. What is a Czar anyways, he has a Czar for everything, and they usually aren't even specialists in the field that they are given. His nomination for Supreme Court Justice hasn't spent one second as a Judge anywhere in the world. He is suing a state, Arizona, for upholding a law that already exists at the federal level. Am I crazy, or is there something fishy going on in this country, and maybe even world.
