Does anybody know the name of the brunette model in Glamour Magazine?

She appears often in the magazine, and there's usually like 5 or 6 pages of her wearing different clothes depending on the season or something I guess. But she's got really long brown hair. In particular she was in the issue in November 2008 with Keira Knightley on the cover? Does anybody know what I'm talking about?
