How long does it take to get bags at Midway and O'Hare Airport?

Airports I've been to seem to vary on how long it takes to claim bags. I've been to airports where I had to wait over an hour to airports where my bags come out immediately after my arrival. I need to catch a flight from Midway to O'Hare and O'Hare to Midway so I have to plan accordingly.
