What are my chances of this ending well?

When I had my second daughter I got my tubes tied. Shortly after having her I had to have my gall bladder taken out. I then found out that my tubes were just tied in a knot and could come undone. Here I am 10 months later with a positive pregnancy test. I have no signs or symptoms of an eptotic pregnancy, but m mother is convinced that that is what I have.
