What are some creative Nacho ideas?

I like bbq nachos. You top the cheese with pulled pork, then drizzle with melted cheese (nacho cheese from a can OR velveeta), then top with a few squirts of your fave bbq sauce. You eat it immediately after embly. No toasting required.
